If you are not 100% satisfied with your Farm2Fashion product, you may return it within 30 days receipt of your order. Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges on unused, unaltered and unwashed merchandise. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
On orders placed within the US, product exchanges are free. (We will cover all inbound and outbound shipping charges.) In the case of returns, inbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
To begin the return process, please email us at email@example.com within thirty (30) days receipt of your order. Once your return or exchange request has been received, you will be emailed a prepaid return shipping address document. Print and attach to the original packaging and then drop off with UPS or USPS.
Returns will only be accepted if ALL original packing materials are included in the package. Please save your packaging! You must notify us of any return so we can expect your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
There are no refunds to items damaged in shipping. In the case of damaged shipping, you must independently file a claim with the carrier. Please fully insured all packages. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
To Make An Exchange
If your item is in its original condition, you may exchange it for a different size, color or product. To begin the exchange process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within thirty (30) days receipt of your order.
If additional costs apply for a price difference you will be contacted for billing information, as our systems do not retain customer credit card info.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
